Plants need both light and sunlight-UV light to carry out the process of photosynthesis, which is essential for their growth and survival. While visible light is necessary for the plant to produce energy, UV light plays a role in triggering certain physiological and developmental processes in plants. Therefore, both types of light are important for the overall health and well-being of plants. **

Shade plants have lower light compensation points compared to light plants. This means that shade plants can photosynthesize and survive in lower light conditions than light plants. Light plants, on the other hand, have higher light compensation points and require more light to carry out photosynthesis effectively. This difference in light compensation points allows shade plants to thrive in low light environments, while light plants are better suited for brighter conditions. **

Light-loving plants, also known as sun-loving plants, are plants that thrive in direct sunlight and require a minimum of 6-8 hours of sunlight per day to grow and flourish. These plants have adapted to receive and utilize the maximum amount of sunlight for photosynthesis, which is essential for their growth and development. Examples of light-loving plants include sunflowers, marigolds, and lavender. **

Plants do not produce light on their own. Instead, they use a process called photosynthesis to convert light energy from the sun into chemical energy in the form of glucose. This process occurs in the chloroplasts of plant cells, where chlorophyll absorbs light energy and uses it to convert carbon dioxide and water into glucose and oxygen. The glucose is then used as a source of energy for the plant, while the oxygen is released into the atmosphere as a byproduct. **

Plants do not necessarily need UV light to survive, as they primarily rely on visible light for photosynthesis. However, some studies have shown that exposure to small amounts of UV light can stimulate certain physiological and biochemical processes in plants, such as the production of protective compounds. In natural environments, plants are exposed to varying levels of UV light, and they have developed mechanisms to cope with this stress. Therefore, while UV light is not essential for plant growth, it can have some beneficial effects on their development. **

The answer to whether the Sword Art Online light novel or manga is better ultimately depends on personal preference. The light novel provides more in-depth storytelling and character development, as well as additional details that may not be included in the manga adaptation. On the other hand, the manga format offers visually stunning artwork that brings the story to life in a different way. Fans of the series may enjoy both versions for different reasons, as they each have their own unique strengths. **

Plants need light for varying amounts of time depending on the type of plant. Generally, most plants need about 12-16 hours of light per day for optimal growth. However, some plants may require more or less light depending on their specific needs. It is important to research the specific light requirements of the plants you are growing to ensure they receive the appropriate amount of light. **

Aquarium plants generally thrive best under full-spectrum lighting, which includes a balance of red, blue, and green light wavelengths. This mimics natural sunlight and provides the necessary spectrum for photosynthesis and healthy plant growth. Therefore, a light color that closely resembles natural daylight, such as a 6500K color temperature, is recommended for aquarium plants. **
